My Personal Online Marketing Toolbox

Want to know the exact tools I use in running my online business? You'll see them here so you too can either buy yourself a copy or make the switch cause I only go for the best.

Webhosting! is hosted on Interserver Hosting. They're the best I could run too when I didn't big budget for web hosting plans and so far? They haven't let me down.

Email Marketing!

As at now Mailerlite is my favorite email marketing software provider. It's cheap and has a load of features you can't get anywhere for it's price. I also love Benchmark Email and use it for my other project! The free plan is pretty cool.

GetResponse is an easy tool worth checking out as well. I wrote an entire article about thier automation software.

All of my Websites are created using WordPress and Google analytics helps me track visitors and traffic. It's the best around and it's free.

WordPress Themes!

Oh yes! I'm a WordPress lover and since I'm no developer but a designer, I spend most of my time playing around with WordPress themes.

I have tested over 100 themes from different providers. MyThemeshop themes happen to be my Number one when it comes to choosing WordPress themes and If I don't see what I'm looking for there? I'm off to ThemeForest.

Soledad Magazine theme works best for me and  Bimber viral theme?  Looks pretty cool.

Landing Pages & Content Design!

I'm also a landing page addict. My favorite tool for  doing this is Thrive Content Builder and sometimes I just love the flexibility that comes with Instapage.

Thrive Content Builder not only builds my landing pages, It also helps me format my blog posts properly and since it's a visual editor helps me come up with good looking contents.

Graphics Design & Creation!

I do most of this myself. I have lite knowledge with Photoshop and when sh*t gets too real? Canva can really be a lifesaver.

SEO & Keyword Research!

Show me the SEO doesn't do keyword research. Keyword research is very important if anybody wants to rank their website on the search engines.

I do these research every now and then. Long Tail Pro helps me do all the work. Analyzing for difficulties and analysis. SEMrush is also a tool that helps me a lot when it comes to knowing what sites I'm up against and their keywords.

Social Media Marketing!

Social Media does require some tools to help you leverage every of the good things it has to offer. I use a lot of these tools and will try my best to cover them all.

Jetpack sends every new post I publish to my social media handles. I use JustRetweet and ViralContentBuzz to get some eyeballs on my content by submitting for retweets and social shares.

I'm a big Pinterest fan and BoardBooster helps me spread my Pins across Pinterest bringing in tons of high quality traffic for me.

Missinglettr helps pick nice lines from my articles then turn them into tweets and schedule it to run for a whole year, Buffer really makes Twitter marketing easy by helping me schedule tweets and Crowdfireapp takes the DM marketing part.

Opt-in Forms & List Building

My favorite tools are listed here on This one. Number one on the list is Thrive Leads. Amazing tool to grow your list super fast by creating good looking opt-in forms and helping you deploy them in different parts of your website.

Wishpond is the all-in-one lead generation and nurturing tool I recommend. Convertplug too is amazing BTW (Read my review). If you're looking for another email marketing tool to test, Try Sendinblue. They're quite okay or check out these 7 best free email marketing software to jump-start your marketing.

The End?

Maybe this isn't all. I have other tools listed on the Resources and How I did it page. If you're looking for details to an extent.

Also note that some of these links are affiliate links. It's pointless to hide them from you but buying through these links will be helpful and go a long way in keeping running. View the earnings and affiliate disclaimer for more information.

Thank you.
